1 General Introduction

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Password and Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on 29 bat can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

29 bat offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and completing ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagering allows the bonus winnings to be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonus offers have a specific validity period; if the requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 29 bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The 29 bat VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is provided at each tier based on weekly net losses. The cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account at the designated time.

Advancement in VIP tier depends on consistent play and activity. 29 bat's decision regarding tier changes is considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29 bat platform:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intention of circumventing bonus or promotion terms.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using manipulation or fraudulent methods.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Obtaining services by providing false or misleading information.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. Relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.
